Refund policy

1. Free 30-day returns:

• Your item can be returned for any reason, provided it is in new and unused condition, within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us with the reason for your return (so we can improve) and we will furnish you with a free return label.

2. Refunds:

• After your return is received, we will reimburse your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

3. Exchanges:

• The best way to make an exchange is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
